We have know Curtis Perry from at least 10 years. This is the second house he has helped us sell and we are in the processes of buying our 2nd house using him as well. Curtis is always responsive, friendly, easy to work with and organized.

Curtis gave good advice on what inspections we should have and on who to hire for repairs and remodeling

-Curtis was calm throughout even when the buyer lied about having to sell their own home and made sure the big picture plan still happened and it did.

-Curtis had a plan that worked. Listed the house Thursday night, had an accepted offer Saturday afternoon and closed, recorded and funded the sale in about 21 days!!! Amazing work!

-Curtis is extremely responsive when he represents you, which is great to find someone who can take a couple minutes and work with you like your his only client at the time even though he was probably really busy dealing with his other customers after he spoke to me. He worked well with us by phone, email or text and it was a great combination for my wife and I.

-One of the most important pieces is getting paid when you sell the house, and Curtis used his network of title companies to make sure we had someone who would take care of us. There were some dates being juggled around for the closing day and it was pushed up early; both my wife and I were out of state on closing day but Curtis had his title team working hard to get us everything we needed and then we overnighted the signed paperwork back so by the next day it all recorded and the same night my bank account was full. The speed was excellent and everything worked out great.
